I have a family member who rents from this company and I must say they treat them very well. these folks are on it! They have a property management division and a separate division of the company that over sees all repairs and maintenance which is really nice because they are able to work on so much together. They treat tenants very well and respond in a timely manner. You can tell they actually want to do what is right ant make sure things get fixed the right way, this is really nice to have! Their staff is also very friendly and professional. The owner Jeff has taken time to chat with me on numerous occasions as well as Ruth in the office and other office staff as well. Ruth is on it always and gets things done! The field staff Randy and Greg and their other team members are friendly and knowledgeable as well.
